Refund policy

1. Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

We accept the following secure payment methods:

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• unused and unwashed
• in original condition with all tags attached
• in original packaging

Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue immediately.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU / Germany)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached Withdrawal Form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
