Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
To submit a cancellation request, please contact us at support@lapaplus.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.  
In this case, you may return the item after delivery according to our Returns & Refunds Policy or, if you are an EU customer, exercise your 14-day Right of Withdrawal.

In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, Lapa Plus also offers a 30-day return window for eligible items, giving you extra flexibility and peace of mind.

Refunds for approved cancellations or returns will be issued to your original payment method.
