Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
To submit a cancellation request, please contact us at support@lapaplus.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may return the item after delivery according to our Returns & Refunds Policy or, if you are an EU customer, exercise your 30day Right of Withdrawal.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to your original payment method.
