1) Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are typically shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our central warehouse in Germany or from partner fulfillment centers within the EU, ensuring quality control and fast delivery.

Orders to Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and other Northern European countries are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
Deliveries to all other regions usually take 10–15 business days.

5) Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

6) Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (DHL / PostNord).
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact support@lapaplus.com.
7) Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured against theft or damage in transit.
Insurance coverage ends once the parcel is delivered and signed for.
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and notify us within 48 hours for assistance.
8) Customs & Duties

EU orders: Prices already include VAT; no customs fees apply.

Non-EU orders: Local import duties or taxes may apply depending on destination country regulations.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
We always provide full invoice documentation to assist with customs clearance.
9) Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or returned due to an incorrect address, please contact support@lapaplus.com.
We’ll assist with reshipment or refund as appropriate.
Re-delivery fees resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
